Class Policies

Great training is built on commitment and consistency. These simple policies keep every group progressing together — so each session is as good as the last, for every player on court.

Show up, level up

Attendance policy

Consistent attendance is the single biggest factor in a player's progress — and it keeps drills, pairings and match play working for the whole group.

  • 80% attendance. Members are expected to attend at least 80% of scheduled practices and events.
  • 24-hour notice. If you're unable to attend a session, let your coach or team captain know at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Repeated absences. Failure to meet the attendance requirement may result in suspension or termination of membership.
  • Life happens. Unforeseen circumstances are always handled case-by-case — just talk to us.

Make-up classes & drop-ins

We keep group sizes and schedules stable so training quality stays high. Here's how missed classes work.

  1. Two make-ups per semester. Each student may make up a maximum of two missed classes per semester.
  2. Illness & injury counted separately. Absences due to illness or injury are calculated apart from the standard make-up allowance.
  3. Within the current quarter. Make-up classes must be completed within the current quarter — they don't carry over.
  4. Venue cancellations are on us. If a class is cancelled by the venue, CST rearranges the session at no cost to you.
  5. No drop-ins. We don't offer drop-in sessions — every student registers for the season and trains according to the schedule.
